Accessing primary care has become more difficult. Las Vegas ranks 48th out of 50 for number of primary care physicians per 100,000 residents. Population growth has outpaced the number of primary care offices and many patients are experiencing wait times of 3-6 months when they call for an appointment.

FAQ
Cancellation Policy
Payments are monthly and service can be cancelled at anytime.
Are home visits included?
Yes and no. Every year, your physician will perform an in-person home-visit and examination. Other home visits may be performed at your physician's descretion, if clinically indicated, and within the limits of your subscription plan.
Controlled Substances Policy
Controlled substances (narcotics, benzodiazepines, etc) may be prescribed at your physician's discretion for short-term pain control or limited duration symptoms. Long term prescriptions will be deffered to pain management services.
Is concierge medicine more expensive than traditional healthcare?
In the long run, concierge medicine can be cheaper than current healthcare options. First there is the time cost. A single visit to the ER can sometimes last 3-10 hours depending on the complexity of the workup. In some cases this can be shifted to a less expensive outpatient work up and saving you from long waits in the ER.
Will my physician always answer the phone?
Your physician may not always answer the phone. Elite Concierge Medicine has chosen to avoid secretaries and answering service since we want to remove as many barriers between you and your doctor. Your physician might be speaking to another patient or not able to take your first call. Remember, your doctor is on call 24/7/365. Leave a message or send a text, and your physician will call you back promptly.
Will I always have the same physician?
For the most part, yes! Your concierge physician will be available to you 24/7/365 including holidays, weekends, and nights. However, in some rare circumstances, another physician may cover for your primary physician. For instance, if your concierge physician is in an area with no cell service or is too ill to work.
How is my health data stored?
Your personal health data will be stored using a commercial grade HIPPA compliant electronic health record (EHR).
Do you take insurance?
No. Elite Concierge Medicine is a cash pay only healthcare service.
